Apricot Canapes
  • 24 dried apricots
  • 2 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • honey to drizzle over
  • freshly ground pepper

Let goat cheese sit out on counter for 30 minutes. Scoop it into a piping bag with a tip on it. Squeeze goat cheese on top of apricots that are arranged on serving platter. Drizzle honey over canapés and top with chopped walnuts. Grind some fresh ground pepper over top. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Recipe inspired by Eating Well.
