Bacon-Wrapped Apricots
  •  5 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 24 large dried apricots
  • slices bacon, cut crosswise into thirds
  • pure maple syrup
  • toothpicks, for serving

Heat oven to 375º F. Wrap each apricot with a slice of bacon and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is beginning to crisp, 6 to 8 minutes per side. Remove from oven and place onto a serving dish. Drizzle with maple syrup and garnish with fresh chopped sage. Serve with toothpicks. Recipe inspired from Real Simple.
