Caprese Salad
  • 3 large garden ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 2 large balls buffalo mozzarella
  • chopped basil
  • olive oil
  • good balsamic vinegar
  • fresh ground pepper
  • salt

Arrange on plate alternating tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle basil on top. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic over and top with pepper and salt. Serve immediately.
