Gingery Cilantro Dip
  • small bunches of cilantro, thick stems discarded
  • 1/2 cup peeled and sliced ginger
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup mayo or sour cream
  • tbsp rice vinegar
  • tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • tsp sesame oil
In a blender or Vitamix, puree cilantro, ginger, canola oil, rice vinegar, low-sodium soy sauce, and sesame oil. Serve with roasted shrimp. Recipe inspired by Real Simple.
