1- 16 oz jar of Ortega® Think and Chunky Medium Salsa
1- 16 oz can Ortega® refried beans
1- 4 oz can diced mild green chiles
8 oz Cabot® Hot Habanero cheese, shredded
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Brown your beef in a heavy bottomed, Dutch-oven style pot. Then add all of your other ingredients and mix well. Simmer on low with a lid until the cheese has melted, stirring occasionally. Serve hot. You could also put all ingredients in a crock pot after browning your beef and set on low. Serve with a big bowl of corn chips.
